Background & Experience
Jennifer Trent is experienced in a wide range of commercial real estate disciplines. Her primary focus, however, is on property and asset management, where she has emerged as a prominent leader.

Since her relocation to Florida in 2001, Jennifer has effectively led the management of office complexes, industrial buildings, and shopping centers across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and third-party management companies.

She has extensive knowledge of the financial, legal and maintenance areas of property management and has effectively overseen the project management of construction and re-development initiatives for multiple office and shopping center complexes. She also has significant experience in crisis management.
