Background & Experience
A lifelong Florida resident, Stephen has a strong commitment to a career in commercial real estate and a deep connection to the Treasure Coast market. With a background in construction and a passion for development, he is focused on expanding his knowledge and building lasting relationships in the industry. Prior to joining NAI Southcoast, Stephen gained hands-on experience as a project engineering intern with Baker Construction, working on large-scale residential and commercial developments across Florida. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, with a minor in Real Estate, and is proud to contribute to the continued success of NAI Southcoast.
